Barcelo Ponent Beach, Cala d'Or (Mallorca)

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was nice and airy on the fifth floor with a view of the pool and partial sea view. The daily towel change was a nice touch. The service was friendly overall, especially the Animation team, but there were moments of being overwhelmed. The location was amazing, right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The dining experience had good food but was a bit chaotic at times. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the room was noisy due to its location behind reception, it was spacious with an extra bed for my daughter. The pool area needed updating, but the variety of food and the helpfulness of the staff made up for it. We enjoyed sun almost all day, which was fantastic.
